What causes snoring and how to stop it

As we all know that we all do not, sometimes this habit may annoy one person or more than one. The habit of snoring is irritating and dangerous. If you think that snoring is illness than you are wrong, snoring is not an illness but it is a symptom. As a cough can be a symptom of pneumonia same as snoring can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea is a disorder by snoring.
Some researchers found that the 46% of all men and 30% of all women are habitual snorers. Snoring also occurs in children. 25% of normal children snore occasionally and 9 to 11% of children snore every night. Children who are with obstructive sleep apnea may snore at night and exhibit decrease attention during the day.
There are many different ways that snoring can occur. Nasal airways, having poor muscles tone in tongue this causes snoring. Some causes are following 
(1)    Poor sleep hygiene 
Sometimes snoring causes poor sleep hygiene. This is the most direct and obvious effect of snoring is sleep irregularity. Snoring causes deterioration in the quality of sleep and in relationships. It can cause of spouse to become increasingly irritated. 
(2)    Obstructive sleep apnea 
Some researchers found that the one in five snorers has obstructive sleep apnea. In obstructive sleep apnea, the upper airways partly or completely collapsed during sleep. Obstructive sleep apnea is the condition borne of snoring. It can cause implications like extreme tiredness, accidents and increased risk of vehicle crashes.
(3)    Sleep deprivation

When some people born their nose structure doesn’t perfect and some people are born with an injury that gives them a deviated septum. This is the misalignment of the wall that separates the nose from both sides, which restrict airflow. Sometimes it may cause mouth breathing sleep, cause snoring. There is a surgery to get the nose in perfect shape.
(9)    Use of sleep sedatives 
Most of the people use sleep sedatives before sleeping because they have trouble sleeping. Sleep sedatives relax your central nervous system it means which includes your throat muscles. This may be able to increases the risk of snoring. You should talk to your doctor before quitting any kind of prescription medications.
(1)    Avoid alcohol 
You should try to ignore alcohol if you really want to stop snoring. You should try not to consume alcohol for at least two hours leading up to your bedtime. You should know that alcohol can damage your throat muscles.
(2)    Stop smoking 
As we all know that smoking is injurious to our health. You should know that smoking is not a good habit it can worsen your snoring. You should try to talk to your doctor about therapies. 
(3)    Lose weight 
If you are overweight then you have to do one thing, you have to lose some weight because it will help reduce the number of tissues in the throat that can cause snoring. You should try to have healthy food instead of junk food. You should also try to start regular exercise because exercise also can help in to reduce your weight. Make sure you don’t forget
(4)    Sleep on your side 
Maybe sometimes sleeping causes the tongue to move to the back of the throat which partially blocks the airflow through your throat. You should always try to sleep in a good position. 
(5)    Use nasal strips 
You can also use nasal strips. Nasal strips can be placed on the bridge of the nose to increase the space in the nasal passageway. You can also try the nasal dilator. The nasal dilator can decrease the airflow resistance, it making easier to breathe.
(6)    Get enough sleep 
Sometimes sleeping can also the cause of snoring. You should always take 7 to 8 hours of sleep because it is very important for our health and also for our body
(7)    Age 
Age is one of the reasons for snoring. As you reach middle age and beyond your throat becomes narrower and then the tone in your muscles decreases. Lifestyle changes, new bedtime routine, nothing you can do with your age.
(8)    Eat pineapple
Some people’s favorite fruit is pineapple, yes it is good for you if you like pineapple. It is one of the best natural sources of bromeliad and enzymes with anti-inflammatory properties. Pineapple can help to clear your blocked sinuses. So don’t think too much before having pineapple.
(9)    Do some throat exercise 
You should do some throat exercise because it is good for your neck fat and also by exercise your throat muscles get strong enough and even if your snoring is not getting a stop then you should try talking to your doctor.
(10)    Radiofrequency tissue ablation 
This is one of the best treatments and it is the new treatment. This new treatment uses the low-intensity radio waves to shrink the tissue on your soft palate and it reduces the snoring problem. Some researchers found that this is one of the best surgeries for snoring 
(11)    Chronic allergies
We all know that allergies are not good for the human body. Some allergies can reduce the airflow through your nose that can force you to breathe through your mouth. This increases when you will snore. You should try talking to your doctor about the medications and prescription allergy medication that can improve your condition 
(12)    Use special pillow 
You should try to use a special pillow that meant to stop snoring. Sometimes anti snoring pillows may not work for everyone. Some researchers found that some patients report sleeping better with an anti snoring pillow.
Is it snoring dangerous?
Not a doubt it can be harmful in any way know why:
(a)    Heart disease 
Snoring causes heart disease. We all know that obstructive sleep apnea is linked to cardiovascular problems like high blood pressure and coronary artery disease. People with obstructive sleep apnea are likely to suffer from both heart disease events and heart attacks.
(b)    Gerd 
People who have obstructive sleep apnea also have to suffer from gerd ( gastroesophageal reflux disease) it occurs when the throat close when all the air moves  in and out while sleeping, which cause high-pressure changes that gallop the content of their stomach back up into the esophagus and we know that both obstructive sleep apnea and gerd related to overweight .
(c)    Injury
We know that the injury is one of the more serious dangers of sleep deprivation and sleep deprivation caused by snoring or obstructive sleep apnea. As we know that daytime sleepiness can be intense and this intensity can put you in danger so driving alone it’s quite dangerous for you because it may involve you in accidents and other injuries.
(d)    Headache 
Sometimes it often happens when you wake up with a headache because some researchers found that the link between frequent morning headaches and sleep disorders including insomnia and obstructive sleep apnea. They also find that the frequent headaches reported a lower quality of life than those whose heads don’t hurt.
(e)    Excess weight 
Excess weight is also a cause of snoring because while sleeping sometimes extra weighs collects around the neck and here the good news is losing weight improves the symptoms of related to obstructive sleep apnea. If you think that you are overweight and your spouse or other family member and tease you about snoring then you should try to talk to your doctor about this issue.
(f)    Arrhythmias
Arrhythmias means irregular heart hymn, it causes in people because of snoring. The most ordinary and frequently occurring arrhythmia is in people whose arrhythmia is cured with Cap.
