   As we all know that our immune system should be strong. If our immune system is good then we can do any work quickly, we can do anything very actively and if our immune system isn’t good then our body will not work properly. The immune system contains no. Of cells, molecules, and tissues, these things help to defend the body against the diseases and other harmful infections. The immune system provides protection against the damaging substance that can invade the body. The substances include bacteria, fungi, viruses, and parasites. The ability of the body is to defy these invaders and it is called immunity. Our immune system does a great job to keep our health healthy. The immune system of a human being is most complex.
 How to boost your immune system?
  Our immune system requires balance and harmony. Sometimes what you eat how is your attitude and in what amount of exercise you do. These all things play a very major role in our health also in the immune system.
One of the best ways to boost your immune system is to give more time to do exercise when you do regular exercise your immune system will perform very well. You will start feeling healthy because exercise improves lymphatic function, your lymphatic function eliminates toxins and this will keep your immune system healthy.
Sometimes reduce the stress also can help in to improve the immune system. Chronic stress leads to the overproduction of adrenaline and cortisol, these two hormones can take all of your body’s strength when so many hormones produced in the body then our immune system doesn’t perform well. So there is the best way to fight this problem – you should find ways to feel relax every day, you should start meditation.
Signals of poor immune system 
Your immune system works as a safeguard in your body but sometimes this safeguard turns into some problems because sometimes your immune system starts an attack to your body. You may get allergies, asthma etc. Some signals are 
(1)    Bathroom problem 
Diarrhea, if it lasts more than 2 to 4 weeks, it means that it could be a warning sign for your immune system. Your immune system is harming the lining of your digestive tract. Constipation is also one of the reasons for weakening the immune system.
(2)    Dry eyes
If you are suffering from the autoimmune disorder, this means that your immune system is attacking in your body instead of defending. Eg- lupus. People who are suffering from the autoimmune disorder they have dry eyes and then you might feel dusty in your eyes or sometimes you feel pain, redness or blurred vision.
(3)    Fatigue 
 Sometimes you feel extremely tired like you have the flu, it means that something happening in your immune system. Sleep is unlikely to help. You started feel ache in your muscles and joints. Again this could also be a reason of weakening the immune system.
(4)    Swollen lymph nodes 
As we all know that our lymph nodes are bean-shaped glands. The lymph nodes are easy to find in your neck and armpits. Sometimes lymph nodes get a swollen infection, it means that if swollen is persistent that means your immune system is not good.
If you are suffering from dry eyes, then you should start to avoid sitting next to the air conditioners, you should start to avoid sitting next to the heaters. You should start to use a humidifier in your bedroom at night. If you are suffering from fatigue then one of the most reason for fatigue is overwork. You should start to leave the work that is less important. You should start asking for extra help, if necessary.
   Bathroom problem is also one of the reasons of weakening the immune system so if you are suffering from a bathroom problem, you should start to avoid food that triggers your diarrhoea. You should try to take care of your health also your digestive system. You should also try to take diarrhoea medications.when you are suffering from diarrhoea you should also try to avoid junk food because junk food makes your immune system bad. Eating garlic can also help in keeping your immune system strong because garlic is the King Of Herbs. So garlic is good for your immune system and it helps to keep you free from most viruses. You should try to avoid tobacco and smoke. It increases the risk of bronchitis and pneumonia in everyone. You should also try to drink less alcohol. Excessive consumption of alcohol damage the immune system and it also increases the risk of lung infection. Sunlight, you should try to catch some rays because sunlight provides vitamin D to our body which is very good for our immune system. A lower level of vitamin D correlates with the greater risk of respiratory infection. You should also try to drink plenty of water so; your immune system can perform well and good. You should try to eat some vegetables which contain nutrients but many vegetables contain nutrients so which vegetables contain nutrients that are very good for our health also for our immune system. You should also start to take probiotics bad per the doctor’s suggestion if your immune system is not performing well then probiotics supplements can help to increase immunity.
Diet and suggestions 
Feeding your body with foods may help to keep your immune system strong. There are some foods that can keep your immune system strong.
(1)    Ginger 
Ginger is high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. Ginger is recommended to treat nausea. Ginger supports the immune system.
(2)    Apples
As we all know that an apple a day keeps a doctor away. So you should try to eat an apple every day. It is good for your health as well as for your immune system. Apples are also in high fibre which can help to reduce the inflammation during the infection.
(3)    Citrus fruit – citrus fruits contain vitamin C. Vitamin C increases the production of white blood cells. Some citrus fruits are 
(a)    Grapefruit 
(b)    Orange 
(c)    Lemon 
(d)    Limes
(e)    Tangerine 
These citrus fruits help to build up your immune system strong.
(4)    Yogurt  
Yogurt contains vitamin D. The yogurt tries to help fight diseases. You should try to get plain yogurt rather than kinds of flavors. Yogurt also tries to build up your immune system stronger.
(5)    Almonds 
Almonds contain vitamin E. Vitamin E is the fat soluble. Nuts such as almond they are packed and these almonds also help to build up your immune system.
(6)    Green tea 
Both green tea and black tea contains antioxidants. We all know that green and black tea is very good for our health. The antioxidants in green tea enhance the immune function. Green tea is also one of the good sources of taking amino acid. So it is also helps to build up your immune system stronger.
(7)    Chicken soup
Every doctor suggests when you are sick you should start to have Chicken soup and Poultry. Chicken Soup helps to protect you from getting sick. Chicken is high in vitamin B-6. Vitamin B-6 plays an important role in many chemical reactions.  It is also a vital formation of red blood cells. Boiled Chicken is very good for health because boiled chicken contains gelatine, chondroitin and other nutrients to heal the immunity. So Chicken soup also helps to build up your immune system strong.
(8)    Kiwi 
Kiwi contains vitamin K and vitamin C and we know that vitamin C boosts the White blood cells to fight infection. Kiwi has many nutrients like potassium and folate etc.
(9)    Spinach 
Spinach is packed with many antioxidants and beta-carotene which may increase the ability to fight infection. Broccoli is also healthy for the human body. Spinach also helps to build up your immune system strong.
